1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with your TCG Synegi subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, provided that you have not exceeded our usage limits.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at refunds@syrergi.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and process it within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Subscriptions that have been heavily used or abused
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions
  • Subscriptions transferred to another account

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of requesting a refund through our official channels, we may suspend your account and pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount, plus associated fees.

7. Changes to This Policy

TCG Synegi reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Refund Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes.
